Applying for ASEAN CPA

Eligibility Criteria

A professional accountant who meets the following qualifications, practical experience and conditions is eligible to apply to be an ASEAN CPA:

  1. Holds Cambodian nationality;
  2. Completed an accredited or recognized accountancy degree or program recognized by KICPAA;
  3. Holds an KICPAA membership;
  4. Acquired a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying practical experience cumulatively within any 5 consecutive years prior to application;
  5. Complied with the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) policy prescribed by the KICPAA; and
  6. Has no any record of serious violation on technical, professional or ethical standards.

If you satisfy ALL the criteria stated above, please complete the application forms and submit your application and supporting documents through online application to become an ASEAN CPA.

Upon successful application, ASEAN CPA will be placed on ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee website.
